I remember taking a frantic phone call from San saying that she was being stalked by crows ........ I kid you not! 

Apparently a young crow had been in the garden and Disney being the damned strange dalmatian she is had decided to investigate the crow, now thinking about it this crow must have been injured or sick as they dont hang around to be snatched off the floor usually.  Anyway Disney had decided that she would bring the crow into Mum (not sure if she saw it as a present or was bringing it in for Mum to help) so in trots Disney to the lounge with crow in mouth and promptly drops it on the carpet.  According to Sandra the crow was breathing heavily and didnt look well at all but within 3-4 minutes had taken its last breath.

Soooo what do you do with a dead crow? Well you put it in the bin dont you, Sandra's bin sat in front of the house on the drive so she carefully scoops up the evidence and takes it outside to put it in the bin.  When she opens the front door she became aware of a lot of noise ....... crow noise and when she looked up and down the road they were everywhere. On rooftops, on cars and on the pavement outside her house.

The number of crows made her very uneasy and she got back inside quickly, over the next couple of hours the crwos seemed (according to San) to be watching her house and even patrolling the outside of her house (pic attached).

Now I did my best to tell her that was a daft notion but she wasnt having it and even said they were taking it in shifts to stalk her.  Having spent a few years in the country I believed her with stories I knew about these birds Rooks Courts and the like.

What ever it was or wasnt these crows hung around for over a week checking the house out.
